Diced marinated chichen served with a garlic dressing and salad garnish.

Vine Leaves stuffed with a mixture of meat and rice and served with a tomato & herb sauce.

Fillet ofchicken cooked with ham, mushrooms, onions & tomato
served in a sherry & cream sauce with rice.
