lettuce with Marie Rose sauce and brown bread

Marinated in a herb & citrus oil, warmed & sprinkled with

Filled with a sage & onion pork stuffing in a bacon
wrap served with roast potatoes and a selection of

Poached Salmon served with a Parsley Butter or Béarnaise sauce, served
with jacket potato and seasonal vegetables.
Kotopoulo Me Manitaria
Quarter of a chicken slow roasted with mushrooms in a
tomato sauce flavoured with sweet red wine and basil. Served
with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Steak Diane
Char grilled 10oz Sirloin Steak
Served with tomatoes, mushrooms, fries, and laced with Diane sauce.

Prime piece of Lamb on the bone, seasoned with tomato and
basil, and slowly cooked in the oven. Served with rice and

(Cheese Pie) Feta Cheese with spinach and parsley bound
